I'm so excited that you're here! My name is Tisha which by the way means Joy! And that's exactly how I strive to fully live life - creating the happiest moments with the ones I love. And that's absolutely why I love balloons! They bring so much joy to everyone evoking enormous squeals from kiddos and making grownups feel young at heart.
If I have to be honest, I sort of stumbled into doing balloons. I was assisting my sister with her thriving event design and props company on the weekends and for a long while, she kept suggesting that I should learn how to do balloons. But, I continued putting it off until she planned my granddaughter's Minnie Mouse Bowtique party and I decided to give balloons a try. When I saw how happy my sweet grandbaby was when she saw those lush pink & turquoise sparkly balloons, I fell in love with designing balloons. Even more, it's so fulfilling to use my spirit of joy and creativity to be apart of special moments in the lives of others like you.

Payments
To secure our services for your event, a 50% deposit must be paid. The remaining 50% must be paid at least five (5) days prior to your event. Events booked within five (5) days of your event date must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you fail to complete your final payment within 72 hours of your event, it is our discretion to cancel your event order and consequently you forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations & Modifications
No deposits are 100% refundable, but are 100% transferable to another date. If written cancellation of your event is received within seven (7) days of your event, a portion of your deposit may be refunded. If your order required customizations and products or services that have been purchased and cannot be returned, these costs will be deducted from your deposit and the balance refunded to you. Modifications to invoiced items (reductions/additions) may incur additional charges. If reductions fall below our minimum onsite service amount, we reserve the right to cancel the event and refund you the applicable amount less any unrecoverable costs.
Transfer of Services
Once onsite installation is complete or customer pickup orders have been transferred and you take possession of our products and services, we assume our products and services are not defective and meet the order requirements.
Balloon Products
Concerning balloons, we use the highest quality products on the market, however, due to environmental conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that some balloons may not burst or deflate during the service period. Ideally, balloons should not be placed in direct sunlight and should be protected from sharp objects or placed in contact with anything that may cause them to burst. Please call 404-434-3369 if any items malfunction during the service period.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and setup fees are applied to all orders. A standard same-day pickup fee for pickup by 10pm may also be added to your invoice depending on the service and/or location. Breakdown and pick up services after 10pm, may be assessed an additional fee above the standard same-day pickup fee. Multi-day service fees vary and are based on services being rendered.
